I like to make baked goods, but didn't have a good way to store them so they stay fresh longer than a day or two. This set of domed containers has worked out really well so far for me. The bigger one is perfect for a cake, but also can accommodate a larger quantity of brownies, cookies, cupcakes, bread or anything you want to keep fresh. The smaller one can still hold a decent amount of baked goods/food. The vacuum seal is easy to use, just press near the center of the lid and the air comes out through the center valve. If you want to get rid of even more air, keep pressing the center of the lid until it is sealed how you want. To break the seal, just lift the little handle in the center and the pressure is released. Having the set of containers is going to come in handy during the holidays when baked goods are a staple in our house.
