This shapewear is surprisingly comfortable to wear. I ordered up and got a XL/XXL when I usually wear a Large in other clothing items (I am currently 5'8" and 165 pounds and a size medium top/12 pants). I have had 3 kids and my stomach is not flat anymore and I have a muffin top. The shapewear really smooths out all the imperfections and makes me feel a lot more confident in the clothing that shows my imperfections. I have worn it with dresses, skirts, even jeans and a slimmer fit shirt. I wore it with my bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding, which was the ultimate test since I was wearing it for so long. It was comfortable all day and didn't fall down on me. The dress was a lighter color and it showed my stomach flab without the shapewear, but I felt so much more confident wearing the dress with the shapewear underneath.
